Mr. Cappoletti's long-time involvement with Special Olympics New York Central Region as well as his other community work made him eligible for this honor, which is given to special people who "enrich and enlighten Central New York". This award is co-sponsored by The Post Standard and the Syracuse Federation of Women's Clubs.
